Scholarship Application Instructions

Please review the following instructions:

  1. Kindly print the application form (link below),
  2. Review page 1 of the application (Note: Application Requirements),
  3. Application form (page 2 & 3) must be completed. If more comment space is needed, please use the reverse side of the relative page.
  4. Preferred submission (Electronic): Please scan and send pages 2 & 3 to the office: [email protected]
  5. Mail to: St. Katharine Greek Orthodox Church / Greek Community of Niagara (address at bottom of this page),
  6. Drop-off: Application can be dropped off at our Church office from Mon – Fri, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm,
  7. Application Deadline: All applications must be received at our office by July 15, 2025.
